We are an international management consultancy firm operating in 15 countries, founded in 1970 by Dr. William James Reddin. A social scientist born in England, he developed a theory to explain the origins and impacts of effectiveness within the organization: the 3D Managerial Effectiveness Theory.
A graduate of Harvard University with an M.D. in Economics from M.I.T. and Business Administration from the Sloan Institute, he created a methodological model to permit the implementation of a theory to improve organizational effectiveness through results orientation.
The firm operates through an international network of associated consultants who apply the methodology to a wide range of firms to increase competitiveness through an increase in managerial and organizational effectiveness. The company's headquarters are in London, England, with offices in Europe, America, Africa and Oceania.
